CRIMEFIGHTERS is committed to doing everything within its legal authority to ensure that violent criminals who harm innocent, productive citizens are held fully accountable and brought to face the consequences of their criminal actions.

CRIMEFIGHTERS seeks the maximum penalty under the law for crimes of violence, including but not limited to:

  • First- and Second-Degree Homicide

  • Vehicular Homicide

  • Negligent Homicide

  • Manslaughter

  • Aggravated Rape

  • Simple Rape

  • Sexual Battery

  • Carjacking

  • Kidnapping

  • Aggravated Burglary

  • Aggravated Assault
